Cost per use
Do I need Pro to use the AI tools?
No. AI tools run only on credits, completely separate from the Free and Pro plans. Any free account can buy credits, and a Pro plan doesn't add credits — the two are paid for independently.
Are there free credits?
Yes — everyone gets 4 free AI credits every day, with no account needed (enough for 2 photos with most tools). Buying credits or Pro needs a free account. They refill 24 hours after you start using them, don't carry over, and are always used before any credits you've bought.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. Buy a pack once and use it whenever you like — there's no monthly reset and no subscription to cancel. (Free daily credits refill each day instead of adding up.)
What if an image fails to process?
You're only charged for images that complete successfully. If one fails, its credits go straight back to your balance.
Can I pay in rupees or dollars?
Both — switch between ₹ INR and $ USD above before choosing a pack. Payment is handled securely by Razorpay, and credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Why do some formats need Pro even for a single file?
Most harder formats (AVIF, TIFF, AAC, FLAC, M4A, Opus, AIFF) genuinely can't be reliably converted by your browser alone — they need real server-side processing, so they're a Pro feature. HEIC (also called HEIF), WMA, and AC3 are the exception: since they're extremely common (HEIC especially, from iPhone photos), you get 5 free conversions of these per day with no signup — Pro removes that daily cap and adds batch processing.
What's the real difference in PDF compression?
The free tool cleans up a PDF's internal structure — useful, but modest savings, especially on PDFs made of scanned images. Pro actually recompresses the embedded images themselves, which is where most of a PDF's size usually comes from — typically 3-5x more reduction on image-heavy files.
Does Pro renew automatically?
Only if you choose Autopay. The standard Pro plan is a 30-day pass you renew manually from your account page whenever you need it — no surprise charges. Autopay is a separate, lower-priced option that renews every month automatically until you cancel.
Is my data safe either way?
On Free, nothing ever leaves your device — conversions run entirely in your browser. On Pro, files you send for server-side processing (batches, harder formats, real compression) are deleted immediately after your job completes.
