Frequently asked questions

What does the batch processor do?

It turns a set of product photos into a consistent, store-ready set in one go: the background removed and replaced with white (or any colour), every product centred at the same size in the frame, an optional soft shadow, all exported at the exact size your store wants — and downloaded together as one ZIP.

How much does it cost?

Removing backgrounds costs 2 credits a photo, the same as our single Background Remover, and photos that fail are refunded automatically. If your photos already have a clean background, choose “Keep the photo as it is” — framing, resizing and renaming are then free and happen entirely in your browser.

Which sizes can I choose?

Ready-made sizes for Shopify (2048 × 2048), Amazon (2000 × 2000), Etsy (2700 × 2025), WooCommerce (1200 × 1200) and Instagram (square and portrait), or any custom size up to 6000 pixels. “Product fills” sets how much of the frame the product takes up, so every photo in your catalogue matches.

Will my product look sharp?

Yes. After the AI finds the product, the cut-out is applied to your original full-size photo in your browser, so edges and details stay as sharp as your original rather than the AI's smaller working copy.

Can I keep a transparent background?

Yes — choose the transparent swatch and the photos are saved as PNG with no background, ready to place on any design.

How are the files named?

Keep the original names, or rename them all in order — for example “leather-bag-1.jpg”, “leather-bag-2.jpg”. Names stay clean so they look right in your store's image links.

Is there a limit?

Up to 50 photos per batch, each up to 15 MB. For bigger catalogues, run several batches with the same settings — the results will match.

Do you keep my photos?

No. With background removal, each photo is sent to the AI only to cut out the product and is deleted straight after. Framing, resizing and the ZIP are made in your browser. With “Keep the photo as it is”, nothing is uploaded at all.
