Frequently asked questions
Which video model should I choose?
Veo 3.1 Lite is the standard choice: good quality at the lowest price, and you choose the length (4, 6 or 8 seconds). Veo 3.1 Premium is the highest-quality option, with 1080p and start-to-end frames. Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash includes sound and speech and makes clips up to 10 seconds, but it decides the exact length itself, up to the length you choose. Try ideas on Lite, then make the final version on Premium.
What are the style buttons?
Pick a style — Cinematic studio, a Shopify product reveal ad, a category such as Food & drink or Travel, or a Gen Z look like Aesthetic vlog or VHS glitch — and the tool adds the camera movement, lighting and mood for you, so you only need to say what the video is of. Styles cost nothing extra, and each one also sets the best shape (for example vertical for Reels and Stories).
What can I make a video from?
Three starting points: a text description only, one photo that the AI animates, or two photos — a first frame and a last frame — where the AI creates the movement in between. For gently animating an old family photo, the Animate Old Photos tool is cheaper and tuned for faces.
How much does a video cost?
The price depends on the model, quality and length, and is shown on the button before you start. For example, a 4-second Veo 3.1 Lite clip costs 64 credits, up to 4 seconds of Gemini Omni at 720p costs 128 credits, and a 4-second Veo 3.1 Premium clip costs 512 credits. Credits never expire and are shared with every AI tool. If a video fails or is declined by a safety filter, the credits are refunded automatically.
How long does it take?
Usually between two and eight minutes. Keep the page open while it works — the progress timer shows how long it has been running. Your credits are refunded if it fails.
Does the video include sound?
Yes, by default: speech, sound effects and music that the AI invents from your description. Untick “Include sound” for a silent video. Describe the sounds you want in the prompt for the best results, for example “gentle wind and distant birds”.
What isn't allowed?
Sexual or explicit content, graphic violence, content about self-harm, deepfakes or misleading videos of real people, and fake documents. Requests like these are refused before anything is charged, and the AI providers apply their own safety filters. Accounts that repeatedly try to create forbidden content may be blocked.
Do you keep my photos, prompts or videos?
No. Your prompt and photos are sent to the AI provider only to make your video, and the files on our side are deleted shortly after your result is ready. We don't store your prompts. See our Privacy Policy.
How many videos can I make a day?
Up to 10 per account per day, because video is expensive to generate. The page shows how many you have used today.
