What CartBack does

Every abandoned checkout on a Shopify store is a near-sale. CartBack watches for those abandoned carts automatically and triggers a multi-step email sequence to bring the shopper back, without any manual work on your side. Sequence timing is fully adjustable, so you control exactly when the first, second, and follow-up emails go out.

Each email is built with a visual drag-and-drop editor — or you can start from one of five ready-made templates — and automatically inherits your store's logo, brand colors, and social links. Cart contents, order totals, and any discount codes you set are pulled into the email in real time, so shoppers see exactly what they left behind. A built-in analytics dashboard then tracks recovery rate and total revenue recovered as it happens.
