By using this website ("Quikbench"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Quikbench is owned and operated by Quikbench Software Ltd, registered in India, with a registered address at Golden Avenue, Dadwan Road, Dhariwal, Punjab, 143519, India.

2. Description of service

Quikbench provides free, browser-based tools, including: image format conversion, audio format conversion, image-to-PDF conversion, and formatting-preserving Word-to-PDF and PDF-to-Word (.docx) converters; financial calculators such as SIP, EMI, loan, retirement, compound interest, and GST/VAT calculators for India, the UK, and Australia; and social media tools such as YouTube earnings, CPM, watch time, and subscriber goal calculators, and Instagram engagement and follower growth calculators. All processing happens locally within your browser; no files or inputs are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. No warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, lossless, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Word-to-PDF and PDF-to-Word converters in particular aim to preserve headings, text formatting, lists, tables, and images, but very unusual layouts — custom fonts not available in-browser, complex manual multi-column layouts, or exact page fidelity — may not be retained perfectly. You are responsible for verifying converted files before relying on them.

4. Calculators and social media tools are estimates only

Our financial calculators (SIP, EMI, loan, retirement, compound interest, and GST/VAT calculators) and social media tools (YouTube and Instagram earnings, engagement, and growth calculators) are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only. They are not financial, tax, legal, or professional advice, and results are estimates based on the figures and assumptions you enter — actual outcomes (returns, taxes, ad revenue, follower growth, etc.) may differ. You should not rely solely on these tools for financial, investment, tax, or business decisions, and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quikbench and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools, including but not limited to data loss, corrupted files, or decisions made based on calculator estimates.

6. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert using this site. You agree not to use Quikbench to process files that you do not have the legal right to use, copy, or modify, including content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Advertising
