By using this website ("Quikbench"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Description of service

Quikbench provides free, browser-based file conversion tools, including image format conversion, audio format conversion, image-to-PDF conversion, and a text-only Word (.docx) ⇄ PDF converter. All processing happens locally within your browser; no files are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. No warranty

This service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, lossless, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Word ⇄ PDF converter in particular extracts and rebuilds text content only — it does not preserve images, tables, fonts, columns, headers/footers, or exact page layout, and is not suitable for documents where visual formatting needs to be retained. You are responsible for verifying converted files before relying on them.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quikbench and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools, including but not limited to data loss or corrupted files.

5. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert using this site. You agree not to use Quikbench to process files that you do not have the legal right to use, copy, or modify, including content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Advertising

This site may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdSense, to support the cost of running the service. See our Privacy Policy for more information on how these networks may use cookies.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
