Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Quikbench ("we", "us", the "Service") at quikbench.com. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Quikbench does

Quikbench provides file conversion and PDF tools. Most tools run entirely in your browser at no cost. Some features — batch processing, certain advanced formats, and Pro-quality PDF compression — require a paid Pro subscription and are processed on our servers.

2. Accounts

Some features require creating an account with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.

3. Pro subscription and payment

• Pro access is sold in fixed 30-day periods that you renew manually from your account page whenever you need it. If you choose Autopay, your Pro access renews automatically every month at the Autopay price until you cancel — you can turn this off anytime from your account page, and you keep access until the current paid period ends.
• Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and are payable via our payment processor, Razorpay.
• Because Pro grants immediate digital access, purchases are generally non-refundable once processing capability has been used, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process files you don't have the legal right to possess or convert (e.g. content that infringes someone else's copyright).
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use automated tools to abuse free-tier limits or bypass Pro gating.
• Process files containing illegal content, malware, or material that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your files

You retain all rights to files you convert using Quikbench. For server-side (Pro) processing, files are used solely to complete your conversion job and are deleted immediately afterward — see our Privacy Policy for details. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including free features) at any time, though we'll try to give notice for significant changes affecting Pro subscribers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that file quality will meet every use case, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure from all possible issues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quikbench is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, files, or business, beyond the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
