Have a question, found a bug, or want to see a new tool added? We'd like to hear from you. Quikbench is a small, focused project, so messages go directly to the people who build the tools — not a ticketing queue.

What to include when reporting a bug

Tool bugs are almost always easier to fix when we can reproduce them, so a few details go a long way:

• Which tool you were using, and the exact page URL if you have it.
• Your browser and rough version — e.g. Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone, Firefox on Windows. Some conversions rely on browser APIs (Canvas, Web Audio) that behave slightly differently across browsers, so this narrows things down fast.
• What you expected to happen, versus what actually happened. "The download button did nothing" and "the converted file came out corrupted" point to very different problems.
• The rough file size or format you were working with, if the issue involves a conversion or upload.

We don't need the file itself by default, since our tools are built specifically so files never leave your device — but if a bug is hard to reproduce, you're welcome to attach a sample file to your email voluntarily and we'll only use it to debug the issue.

Requesting a new tool or calculator

Quikbench is actively growing, and a good chunk of what's on the site already came from requests. If there's a conversion, calculator, or tool you'd like to see — including more capable, layout-preserving Word/PDF conversion, additional currencies for the financial calculators, or a tool for a specific platform we don't cover yet — a short description of what it should do and why is plenty to get started. We can't promise every request gets built, but we do read and consider all of them.

A privacy note
