Frequently asked questions

Will customers' payments come straight to me?

Yes. The QR code contains your UPI ID (like yourshop@okhdfcbank) and the name you enter, so any UPI app pays directly into your bank account. Quikbench is never involved in the payment.

Where do I find my UPI ID?

Open your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank app) and look under your profile — it looks like name@okaxis or 98765xxxxx@ybl.

How should I print it?

Choose A6 for a table card, A5 for a counter standee, A4 for a wall poster or Square for a sticker, then print the PDF at 100% (actual size). Laminating it keeps it clean and scannable.

Is it safe to put my UPI ID on display?

Yes — a UPI ID can only receive money. Never share your UPI PIN, and only scan codes to pay, never to receive money.
