Frequently asked questions
How much does a song cost?
Writing the lyrics is free. Making the sung song costs 26 credits for a full song of up to about 3 minutes. If the song fails, the credits are refunded automatically. Each new version is a new song and costs credits again.
Which languages can it sing?
Hindi, Punjabi, English, Hinglish, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Urdu. English sounds the most natural; for other languages, simple short lines and the word spelled the way it is spoken give the best pronunciation.
How do I turn my song into a video Reel?
After the song is made, press Make the video. Your song opens in our free Audio to Video Maker set to vertical (Reels) with the title filled in — add a photo and create the video. Then press Next: the AI Subtitle Generator puts the lyrics on screen as captions, and you download a Reel ready for Instagram.
Can it sing like a famous singer or copy a film song?
No. Every song is original — we don't imitate real singers' voices or copy existing songs.
Can I use the song commercially? Who owns the copyright?
Yes — you can use the songs you make on Quikbench for personal and commercial purposes: Instagram Reels, YouTube videos (including monetised channels), greetings, events, your shop, ads and brand videos. Quikbench does not claim ownership of your songs and doesn't charge royalties.
- Lyrics you write yourself stay your own work. AI-made lyrics and music are generated for you, but in many countries (including India and the US) purely AI-made music may not be protected by copyright — so you may not be able to stop others reusing it or register it as your own composition.
- AI watermark. Every song carries an inaudible digital watermark that identifies it as AI-made. Don't remove it or present the song as a human recording.
- Music platforms. If you release a song on Spotify, JioSaavn or YouTube Music through a distributor, follow their AI-music rules (most ask you to say it is AI-generated). Don't register these songs with YouTube Content ID — similar AI songs can cause false claims.
- Your responsibility. Don't put other people's lyrics or brand names in a song without the right to use them. We block copying famous songs and imitating real singers.
This is a plain summary, not legal advice — see our Terms.
