How to rearrange, rotate and delete PDF pages

  1. Open your PDF. The tool shows a thumbnail of every page.
  2. Reorder. Drag a page to a new position.
  3. Rotate. Turn any page clockwise or counter-clockwise. This is the fix for pages that were scanned sideways or upside down.
  4. Delete. Remove pages you don't want in the final document.
  5. Save. Click Save Rearranged PDF to download the new file.

What happens to the pages

The tool builds a new PDF from the pages you kept, in the order you chose. Pages are copied across, not re-rendered, so their quality doesn't change. Rotation is added to each page's existing rotation, which means a page that was already turned will end up where you expect rather than being reset. Deleted pages are simply left out of the new file; your original PDF on your device is not modified.

Handy uses

  • Putting a scanned document back in the right order after pages went through the feeder in the wrong sequence.
  • Rotating a few landscape pages so the whole document reads the same way up.
  • Removing blank pages, cover sheets or duplicate scans before sending a file.
  • Moving a signature page or appendix to where it belongs.

Is it private?

Yes — previews are drawn and the new PDF is assembled in your browser. Your document is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Why do the previews take a moment to appear?

Each page has to be drawn in your browser so you can see it. Long PDFs and large scans take longer, especially on phones.

Can I add pages from another PDF?

Not in this tool. Use Merge PDF to combine documents, then rearrange the result.

Does deleting a page permanently remove its content from the new file?

The deleted page is not copied into the new PDF, so it isn't in the file you download. If you need to hide part of a page rather than remove the whole page, rearranging isn't the right tool.
