Frequently asked questions

Which files can I convert?

PowerPoint files (PPT, PPTX, PPS, PPSX, PPTM, POT, POTX) and OpenDocument presentations (ODP), up to 50 MB. Each slide becomes one page of the PDF.

Will my slides look the same?

Yes, the layout, text, pictures, tables and charts are kept. Animations and videos can't play in a PDF, so each slide is saved as it looks when fully shown. Rare fonts may be swapped for a similar one.

Is my presentation uploaded?

Yes, PowerPoint slides need our server to be drawn correctly. Your file and the PDF are deleted as soon as your download finishes, and nobody looks at them.

Is it free?

Yes, 5 conversions a day for free with no signup. Pro members get unlimited conversions.

My file won't convert — what can I do?

Password-protected or damaged files can't be read. Open it in PowerPoint, remove the password, save it again as PPTX, and try once more.
