Will this photo be accepted for my application?

The sizes and head proportions follow each country's published photo rules, and the file-size limits are applied automatically. Acceptance also depends on the photo itself — a neutral expression, eyes open, even lighting and no shadows on your face or background. Requirements change from time to time, especially for exam forms, so always check the current notification or official website before you submit.

My face is turned or tilted in the photo — can it be fixed?

A sideways tilt can be corrected with the Straighten slider, which simply rotates your real photo. A face turned to the left or right can't be fixed honestly — turning it would mean the AI inventing part of your face, and passport offices and exam boards reject digitally altered faces. Retake the photo looking straight at the camera instead.

What do the 2 credits pay for?

The AI background removal. Once that's done, everything else — changing the size, background colour, position, file size and print sheets — runs in your browser for free, as many times as you like for that photo. Starting over with a different photo uses 2 more credits.

My exam form needs a different size or file size.

Choose "Custom size" and enter the exact width and height in pixels, plus the maximum (and minimum, if given) file size in KB. The photo is compressed to fit automatically.

How do I print it?

Download a print sheet — several copies laid out on 4 × 6 in photo paper (most photo shops print this size) or on A4 for a home printer. Print at 100% / "actual size", not "fit to page", so each photo comes out at the correct physical size.
