How does the COD risk score work?
Each order gets points for warning signs: an invalid or made-up phone number, a pincode that is wrong or doesn't match the state, a short or junk address, a fake-looking name, high order value or quantity on COD, the same phone ordering under different names, and past refused orders. 0–24 is low risk, 25–54 medium, 55 and above high.
Which order files work?
Shopify order exports work as they are — multi-item orders are merged. WooCommerce, Shiprocket and most marketplace or Excel sheets work too: save as CSV with column names like Name, Phone, Address, Pincode, State, Total and Payment.
What should I do with high-risk orders?
Confirm them on WhatsApp or a call before shipping, ask for a small advance or full prepayment, or cancel clear fakes. The tool gives you a ready WhatsApp confirmation message for each risky order.
Do you see my orders?
No. The checking happens entirely in your browser — your customers' names, phones and addresses are never uploaded.
Can it tell me the exact RTO chance?
No tool can know that for sure without courier data. It flags the warning signs sellers see most often in refused COD parcels, so you know which orders to confirm first.
How to reduce COD returns (RTO)
- Export today's orders as CSV from Shopify or your panel and upload it.
- Confirm every High and Medium order on WhatsApp before you ship.
- For repeat refusers, ask for prepayment — and download the report to keep track.
